Brand new to Umbrella Heaven we have designed this big and bold European Union EU Flag Umbrella. We have done this after many requests from the public over the years for a proper Euro Umbrella. You’ll find that our high-quality, manual-opening, golf-sized umbrella actually has 12 panels. Not the conventional 8. It has a blue canopy and a yellow star on each panel. Just like the 12 yellow stars of the European flag! A great “Proud to be European” umbrella. An umbrella in the European style – also, a great Ryder Cup and Solheim Cup golf umbrella for supporters of Team Europe.

We based our European Union Umbrella on the official flag and emblem of the European Union (EU) and Council of Europe (CoE). This consists of a circle of 12 golden (yellow) stars on a blue background. The CoE created the design in 1955 and the EU, then the European Communities adopted it in the 1980s.

With 12 strong fibreglass ribs, you’ll find our new EU Umbrella is a generously sized umbrella with a diameter of 152 cm (60″) when open. Approx. length from handle to tip is 97 cm (38″). The rib length is 76 cm (30″). The span of the canopy underside is 137 cm (54″). The Euro Umbrella has both a fibreglass frame and fibreglass ribs, making it strong and robust.
